Shipping policy

When can I expect delivery of my shipment?

You can expect your parcel within (4) – 10 (15) business days. A number of delivery methods may be used depending on the type of order.  When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

Our orders are shipped from our  warehouse within 1-3 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery will take 4-15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and location. We regret that a delay in shipment may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, of if the delay in transit is caused by the carrier. 

If your order does not arrive within eight (20) business days, please contact us at the following email address furfamilyclub@gmail.com so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival.  If you accept "leave in a safe place" directly with our courier we will no longer take responsibility for the package.  If you are not available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot.  You are then responsible for collection of the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.


How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. 

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not compatible with our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information about our destination directories, please contact us at furfamilyclub@gmail.com

How can I change my delivery address?

A change of address is only allowed until 23:00 (UTC +1) on the day of the order. You can contact us at furfamilyclub@gmail.com to request such changes.


Can I ship to an address other than the billing address on my card?

Yes, you can.


How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, except holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
